11 Permanent Judges for Bombay High Court

The President of India has assented to the appointment of eleven permanent judges to Bombay High Court.

The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri Justices

  1. Smt. Urmila Sachin Joshi-Phalke,
  2. Bharat Pandurang Deshpande,
  3. Kishore Chandrakant Sant,
  4. Vahniki S.A. Menezes,
  5. Kamal Rashmi Khata,
  6. Smt. Shannila Uttamrao Deshmukh,
  7. Arun Ramnath Pedneker,
  8. Sandeep Vishnupant Marne,
  9. Smt. Gauri Vinod Godse,
  10. Rajesh Shantaram Patil and
  11. Arif Saleh Doctor
