Justice B.V. Nagarathna Appointed Chairperson of Reconstituted Gender Sensitisation Committee of Supreme Court

Justice B.V. Nagarathna has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Gender Sensitisation and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) of the Supreme Court of India, following the recent retirement of Justice Hima Kohli, the previous chairperson. Menaka Guruswamy, previously serving as an external member due to her work in gender and social justice, has been replaced in this role by Bansuri Swaraj, who was appointed by the Chief Justice of India.
