Macrotech Developers to Acquire Ivanhoe’s Stake in Three Digital Infrastructure Companies for ₹239 Crore

Macrotech Developers Ltd has announced plans to acquire Ivanhoe Warehousing India Inc.’s stake in three digital infrastructure companies for a total of ₹239 crore. The acquisition, which was revealed in a stock exchange filing on September 19, will significantly boost Macrotech’s holdings in these companies, reflecting the firm’s strategic focus on expanding its digital and logistics infrastructure.

Once the acquisition is completed, Macrotech Developers’ stake in Bellissimo Digital Infrastructure Development Management Pvt Ltd will increase to 70%, while its shareholding in both Palava Induslogic 4 Pvt Ltd and Bellissimo In City FC Mumbai 1 Pvt Ltd will rise to 66.67%.

This acquisition aligns with Macrotech’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the industrial and logistics sectors, while also enhancing its annuity income streams. The company emphasized that this move is part of a measured growth strategy targeting opportunities in digital infrastructure.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized within the next 30 days, the company confirmed in its statement.
