The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Arvind Singh Chandel, currently serving as a Judge at the High Court of Judicature at Chhattisgarh, to the High Court of Madras. This decision aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration of justice.
Upon consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna, as per the provisions of the Memorandum of Procedure, consent was obtained for the proposed transfer of Justice Arvind Singh Chandel.
